Low Loader Work
Smith Logistics LTD operates an extensive and diverse fleet of low and semi-low loaders throughout Ireland and the UK, catering for all types of equipment. We have a variety of specialist low loaders for the construction sector to cater for tracked excavators from 1 ton to 65 tons in weight.
Flat Trailer Work
We have both straight frame and extendable flat trailers fitted with twist locks sockets and posts to cover all types of work.
We operate a fleet of specialist curtainsider trailers. They incorporate specially designed sliding roofs that enable crane offloads in restricted delivery locations. They have added safety in the form of containment pins and load restraining curtains that ensure load security and remove the risk of an operative falling from the trailer.
Curtainsider Work
For those who require their own trailer of goods to be transported, this is a service that we offer. Our fleet of vehicles comprises a selection of different sizes thus allowing for a selection of differing payloads available to be pulled.

We are a family run haulage company based out of Newbridge Co Kildare. Specialist in low loader transport and all types of general haulage. Smith Logistics LTD was started by Margaret and Thomas Smith in the early ’70s. Now being operated by Brian Smith alongside his wife Caroline. The company provides a trustworthy service with near to 50 years of experience being handed down from generation to generation.
